How to request a refund
Email support@gracevita.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will confirm your request within 2 business days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund.
Shipping costs
